1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

The 7 Figure Society provides an online coaching and software program that includes a training library, custom-built software tools, and weekly live coaching calls, all delivered inside our member portal. After payment, you will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials and access details. We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.

3. Accounts & Credentials

Your membership and login credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All content, software, training materials, recordings, and resources provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to The 7 Figure Society and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal and business use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account access or distribute our materials to non-members;
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts;
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members, coaches, or staff.

6. Payments & Billing

Prices for the Services are listed at the point of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all fees associated with your purchase. If your purchase is on a recurring or installment basis, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.

7. Refunds

Any refund terms applicable to your purchase are those presented to you at the time of purchase. If no separate refund policy is provided, all sales are final. Please contact [email protected] with any billing questions.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Services provide education, tools, and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific result, income, or level of success. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort, experience, and market conditions. Please review our Income Disclaimer for more information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 7 Figure Society and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to us, other members, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The 7 Figure Society operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
